A Few Notes From Our Patients
(…and a letter from a 21-year patient at the bottom)
Dear Dr Werts
Thank you so much for the work you did on my front teeth. My smile is the best it has ever been. Every time I look at a mirror I’m reminded of the artistry of your work Thank you!
Sincerely, Paul G.
I want to thank you again so much for the fantastic job on my tooth. When you did it, you were not rushed and did everything to do a perfect job – which you did. I tell people about it all the time, for it makes my smile so perfect.
I might add that I appreciate having you as a dentist for you really extend yourself for me and always make me feel so relaxed and comfortable.
I’m sure you know I’ll always be there for you and your family.
The Very Best Always,
PS Sylvia is extremely cordial and nice too. You are lucky to have such a nice receptionist!
Dear Dr Carl Werts,
I have prayed earnestly for a healthy smile and mouth for quite some time. You were the answer to that prayer. I want to personally thank you for your kindness and compassion shown to me.
I am currently back in the job market with the confidence coupled with my experience and education that will enhance my employability.
You have given me a renewed lease on life professionally and socially through the gift of a smile. Your expertise and time were greatly appreciated.
Mere words cannot express what your unselfish act has done and is doing for me.
Just a small token of appreciation for the generosity you have shown to my Mom and I. You have made it so much easier for us to move forward with dentures/implants.
Mom is so happy she is finally getting her teeth taken care of….
You’re an amazing dentist… and human being! We love you,
Dr Werts, Sylvia, and staff
Thank you for all the skill, talent and kindness you have given my mother-in-law, Bobbie. Simply, it has changed her life. The hours (yes, hours!) Dr Werts spent brilliantly repairing her front teeth make it easy to smile now. She no longer holds her hand in front of her mouth when speaking and is looking everyone in the eye, too. These are huge gifts you have given us and we are all so grateful.
We wish you warmth and friendship for the holidays and a grand 2014!
Martha H. and family
Dearest Dr Carl D Werts
…..with sincere appreciation…There are no words for what you have done for me.
May God richly bless you. Have the happiest of holidays.
Sincerely, Tricia L
Can’t thank you enough for all you have done for me.
Thank you for being there for me.
May you and your family have a wonderful season.
Shell and family
So happy that all the things you have worked so hard for and all the good things you deserve are coming true for you. You have a lot to be proud of. You’re the best!
Affectionately from a loyal customer (patient)
Dear Dr Werts,
I never thought I’d be writing a dentist thanking him for a pleasant experience. But here I am thanking you for being so gentle and so kind.
To Anyone Looking for a Dentist,
I came out today of the office of Dr. Werts, and thought, this man is so kind and such a great dentist, I am going to do what I have never done for anyone. I am going to write a review online. He deserves a good review. So, I am going to try my best as my English is limited.
Dr. Werts has been my dentist for the last 21 years! I used to live in West Los Angeles and was making the trip to the office of Dr. Werts in Glendale. I have moved and now live 60 miles away from his new office in Montrose. I still drive to the office of Dr. Werts. And let me tell you: if I moved to New York, he would still be my dentist. I have had many bad experiences with dentists. When you find the right dentist, you thank God and you keep him for life.
I remember once going to a dentist in Los Angeles. I was supposed to get my new crown. The dentist was absent and, as I was seating on the chair, another dentist entered the room, did not say a word, did not introduce himself, approached me and said “open your mouth”. Do I need to comment?
I have learned to know Dr. Werts. Unlike far too many health professionals (and yes that includes physicians, etc.) he is very polite, courteous, and one can tell immediately when you meet him that he is “different”. Many professionals, including the good ones, make you feel that you are there to get a treatment, they do their job, and there you go. I give you the treatment, you give me the money, and “basta”. They make you feel that you can be a cow, or a TV set. Dr. Werts is just the perfect dentist. This man really cares for his patients. He has a lot of warmth and is generous, and he has a great heart. The man has true class. Yet, while he does a truly outstanding job, he is humble, and simple. He has a great personality. He talks to his patients, he does smile (rare nowadays among professionals), he makes you feel good about yourself.
I assure you, you will not be a cow or a TV in his office.
I have seen many dentists in my life, in three continents (I am not very young anymore). Some were good professionals, some were not, however many were not honest. The problem is “Greed”. They always find a need to do more and more X-Rays, more of this, and more of that (meaning more money in the pocket). Once I got X-rays of the entire mouth, to check one tooth. The problem is, you never know if the services are necessary or if the dentist just wants to increase the amount of the bill. With Dr. Werts, there is absolutely no doubt that he will never do what is not necessary. He is extremely honest and ethical, (very, very rare nowadays) and that is a strong PLUS.
For those who are afraid of dentists, Dr. Werts is extremely gentle. In fact, when I get an injection in the gums (scary thing) I feel absolutely nothing. I mean: nothing. That is how gentle he is.
The staff is very kind, very professional, and treats you well.
I thank Dr. Werts and his staff. Great job, great experience over the years. And I meant it, if I moved to New-York, I would fly to see my dentist!
