We now offer Implant Retained Dentures, also known professionally as Implant Retained Overdentures. With this option we incorporate the new Zest hybrid implants utilizing the Locator Attachments to eliminate the problem of loose dentures.
Featuring narrow diameter implants with the best-in-class LOCATOR Attachment, the LOCATOR Overdenture Implant System with LODI implants is a less invasive, predictable and durable implant retained overdenture option for our patients.
LODI is ideal for fully or partially edentulous patients with severe bony resorption and very narrow ridges. The typical treatment plan for these edentulous patients would be bone grafting, requiring a long process with additional surgeries and added expense. For these reasons, some patients decline dental implant treatment.
